OOTD: Trending on a Budget feat. Thred Up

Friday is a perfect excuse to shop! I Teamed up with ThredUp for this post to share this look featuring these Zara pants I got for 70% off! If you’re not familiar with ThredUP, they are a fashion resale website for us to buy/sell secondhand clothing online, including designer brands! I searched my favorite brand Zara, but you can also find high-end designers like Michael Kors, Coach, Dolce Vita, JCrew, etc by selecting the Designer option…

I chose these palazzo pants as one of my picks because they screamed Spring. The different shades of pink are really on trend, and I especially loved the vertical stripes that help elongate my frame. Because they are a statement on their own, I made sure to keep the rest of my look neutral. I paired them with a very pale pink bodysuit (looks a little cream here) and matching ankle strap heels by Steve Madden.

Trends come and go, and that’s why I opt to spend less on fun items like this. ThredUp is a great option to find items at a low cost, and also unique pieces you don’t see everywhere. I love thrift stores, but I find them so overwhelming in person. ThredUp makes it easy for you and lets you select your sizes so you don’t have to spend too much time going through pages (or racks) of clothing.

Another feature I appreciate is their clean out option. You can request for them to send a clean out kit, which is basically a bag for you to dump all the clothes in your closet you no longer want or fit you. They will list your items and give you a percentage of the sale! If they don’t list the item, they donate it for you! You can’t lose.

I love supporting companies that give back. Make sure to check them out! www.thredup.com

Have a great weekend loves! And happy shopping 🙂

PS: How beautiful are these flowers?!
