What I Wore: Hello October

Goodbye September, hello October! It’s my favorite time of the year, from the crisp air to the changing leaves, and most importantly…the fashion! I’m so glad to live in a state where Octobers exist. It’s finally cooling down here so today I’m sharing my recent transitioning looks.

What I Wore

Business Casual

This look is perfect for work like I wore. Trousers like these are great to have if you work in a corporate environment because you can wear them to and out of work. Casually I’d wear them with a graphic tee and some sneakers, or even a cropped sweater and booties. The booties I wore on this day are from last year or two ago from Zara, and bag is from Marshalls.

Sporty Chic

One one my favorite layering pieces to throw on this time of year are bombers. This velvet one is from shein.com purchased last year, but I found the same one on Romwe.com! (linked below) I love the varsity sporty details and the colors. I also love that it’s more of a longer fit. I wore this to a bar/driving range and thought it was perfect for the friday night out. I added booties to dress it up a  bit.

Bomber Jacket: Romwe

Fall Hues

I have a thing for velvet, especially in the fall…so I couldn’t pass up this cropped sweater from forever 21 in this very October rust color. I wore it with mom jeans, my favorite zara booties, and threw on a leopard belt to tie it all in together. I wore this to a girls wine and paint night 🙂
