What I Wore: Transitional Weekend Looks

It may be a bit ironic that I am writing this post as it is currently snowing, but for the most part, the temperatures have been warming up, so in today’s post I am sharing some of my recent transition looks.

Look 1: Western

Western is really in for this Spring, and especially with the coming festival season. I wore this look on a casual Sunday to brunch and errands. I found this faux leather vest at Marshalls and thought it would be a great layering piece. My booties are River Island and are the perfect boot to go with shorts this spring season.

Look 2: Casual

It’s definitely still too cold for crop tops, but I wore one anyway lol. I pulled out my trusty olive bomber that I think is a staple for this time of year. It goes with everything and still keeps you plenty warm. My jeans and top are asos, and my new go-too shoes are these “Penny” mules from carlosshoes.com.

Look 3: The White Bootie

I have Been debating over white booties for atleast a year and finally got some  from carlosshoes.com. I wasn’t sure I could pull them off because they are pretty bold, but I kept the rest of the colors of my look neutral, and loved how it turned out. My linen blazer was a zara find from poshmark.com! If you guys don’t already shop on there, you need to! I always find never worn items for a fraction of the original price. I know I am going to wear this to death this Spring. My cute straw bag is from forever 21 which is sold out but I also love this one HERE.I think these straw bags are another staple this spring!

Look 4: Boho

I really love to channel the boho style around this time of year. It was gorgeous this past weekend, so I dusted off this duster that was another Marshalls find from last year, and paired it with this graphic tee from h&m. I wore the same mules from before, and topped the whole look off with a fedora. Coachella ready? Sorta maybe? 😉

What’s the weather like where you live?

Hope you enjoyed and got some inspo for this weird transitional period!
